During May Darwin’s weather is delightful, with blue skies, temperatures hovering in the low 30s during the day and mid-20s after dark and balmy breezes. It’s bikini weather when the rest of the country are pulling out the boots and scarves!

It’s also party season for the Top End with lots happening around town and many iconic nature and adventure activities on offer in the stunning tropical landscape of Northern Australia.

A visit to Darwin can be done without a car as well-located hotels, a hop-on/hop-off tourist bus, hosted day trips and the perfect temperature for walking make it easy to get around.
