Conditions

 

  1. All conditions shown on your ticket are to be read together with all other statements or directives either shown on your ticket or displayed on the premises.

  2. Entry is at own risk.

  3. The right to refuse entry is reserved.

  4. The Event Organiser and the Venue(Darwin Amphitheatre, Darwin Botanic Gardens)  shall not be held liable for any loss, injury or damages sustained entering or within the premises.

  5. The Event Organiser has a zero tolerance approach with regard to antisocial, agressive, dangerous or intimidating behaviour, underage drinking, supply of alcohol to minors, consumption and possession of any illicit substance. Any of these activities will result in immediate eviction from the site.

  6. Activities such as moshing, crowd surfing and stage diving are dangerous to yourself and others. The Event Organiser takes no responsibility for any injuries or damages caused by these activities. Patrons engaging in these or other dangerous activities will be removed from the site.

  7. Still Cameras are permitted but no tape recorders, movie or video cameras will be allowed inside the site.

  8. No bottles, cans, food, weapons or umbrellas will be allowed in the site.

  9. If the event is cancelled for any reason other than the forces of nature, only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.

  10. Ticket holders consent to filming and sound recording as members of the audience.

  11. No pass outs will be issued unless otherwise advised.

  12. All bags/containers will be subject to a full search to ensure the safety of patrons.

  13. Tickets will not be exchanged, nor money refunded after purchase.

  14. It is not advisable to bring children under the age of 5 years.

  15. Patrons who wish to consume alcohol must have photographic identification. Anyone found to be supplying or buying alcohol for a minor will be evicted from the event and will possibly face criminal charges.

  16. Should your ticket be re-sold or transferred for profit or commercial gain it will become voidable and the holder may be refused entry to, or ejected from the venue.

  17. The Event Organiser takes no responsibility for any hearing damage or loss. Use earplugs if necessary.

  18. The Event Organiser reserves the right to change the bill without prior notification.

  19. The Event Organiser reserves the right to change the date of the event.

  20. We play rain or shine.

  21. In the event of change of the date or line up, or abandonment, no refunds will be available.
